Requests for toys are only accepted from nonprofit organizations using the official online MEGA Brands Toy Donation Application Form. Request letters from charities via facsimile, regular mail or e-mail are not considered.
The deadline to submit an application is September 30th of every year. Due to the high volume of requests for holiday toys, exceptions cannot be made.
All organizations must complete the online application – no exceptions will be made.
Each year MEGA Brands receives thousands of requests for toys from all over the world. Unfortunately, we are not able to grant toys to all eligible organizations. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reapply each year.
Qualified organizations may request toys up to two times per year (January through September), for a maximum of 200 toys per group per year.
